جزئیات : نظربه تفاهمنامه که در تاجکستان فی مابین رئیس، دفتر PMO و قراردادی سرک سپری سرخرود بتاریخ اول جون سال 2019 صورت گرفته بود، قراردادی حاضر به تکمیل نمودن کار متباقی 33 کیلومتر سرک الی اخیر سال جاری 2019 گردیده است. که در مورد آغاز کار مجدد بتاریخ 30 جولای 2019 با والی صاحب محترم ننگرهار و قوماندان امنیه انولا جلسات صورت گرفته که در نتیجه مقامات ولایت متذکره تعهد سپرده که امنیت پروژه تامین مینماید و کار عملآ درساحه شروع گردید

1 مشکلات تخنیکی شدید 1397/10/10 خیر 0 اتفاق افتاده 1397/01/12
جزئیات : سرک سپری- سرخرود که قبلآ بطول 100 کیلومتر به قیمت مجموعی 109,998,379 دالر امریکائی فی مابین این وزارت و شرکت چنائی شینگ جان بیجینگ بتاریخ 4 دسامبر 2013 برای 36 ماه عقد قرارداد گردیده بود به گذشت 50 ماه ، قراردادی پروژه متذکره توانست صرف 20 فیصد کار ساختمانی آنرا تکمیل نماید.
تصمیم اتخاذ شده : بنآ به اساس فیصله شماره 2543 مورخ 23 ثور 1397 اداره محترم تدارکات ملی پروژه متذکره را از 100 کیلومتر به 33 کیلومتر و از 109,998,379 دالر امریکائی به 35,585,662 دالر امریکائی کاهش داده است، کار ساختمانی 33 کیلومتر سرک طبق قرارداد الی 31 دسامبر 2018 تکمیل خواهد گردید. نظر به فیصله فوق الذکر کمیسیون محترم تدارکات ملی چنین تحریر داده شده است. - لات های متباقی هر چه عاجل اعلان شود. -وزارت محترم مالیه موضوع گرانت Grant با ADB و وزارت محترم فواید عامه حل و فصل نماید.

  • منظوری تعدیل تمدید میعاد آن کمتر از 25 فیصد میعاد اصلی قرارداد پروژه متذکره میباشد، بدینوسیله به تاسی از فیصله شماره 1663 مورخ 15/12/1395 کمیسیون محترم ملی نیازمند منظوری کمیسیون محترم تدارکات ملی نبوده و آمر اعطای درجه اول آن اداره محترم میتوانند آن را منظور نمایند.
